Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return window for items that remain in their original, unopened packaging with all hygiene seals intact. Your satisfaction and health are our top priorities, ensuring every customer receives a pristine garment.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your jockstrap is unworn, unwashed, and still in its original sealed packaging to comply with health and safety regulations.

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in a secure shipping box or mailer, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier; once our warehouse inspects the hygiene seals, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
